Craft your own beautifully decorated log slice tree hangings. Learn the art of wood burning as you etch patterns, names, or festive designs onto natural wood slices, creating unique decorations. Perfect for beginners and seasoned makers alike, this relaxed session lets you explore your creativity and leave with handcrafted pieces to hang on the tree!
You will have scrap wood to practice wood burning on before you begin your final pieces, and Jasmine will show you various techniques, different ways of creating shading and mark making.
Everyone will have three log slices to decorate in whatever way they would like.
There will be plenty of images for inspiration but feel free to bring along some images of your own if you have any specific ideas!
Lunch is available to purchase at Cobys cafe – Lunch is not included in the workshop cost.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop start time so that we get the most of our time together .
